The Shroud is a dedicated group living within the Land of Lamentation made up of undead. It is ruled over by their ‘Emperor’ Ardor. Their goals are unclear, other than wreaking havoc within the land of the living. There are indications of spies from The Shroud making moves within Penkos, Atticus, and Clarus.
The Church of Morena is an established organization that provides healing, food, and general support for the neighboring regions of Penkos, Atticus, and Clarus. They are a neutral faction between the regions and will hold festivities within each to celebrate and appease the gods.
The Academy of Vinmokei is a large school housing up to 30,000 students every year. It provides the opportunity to become mages, knights, scholars, and tradesmen. This school, however, primarily focuses on knighthood and scholarship. Their headmistress Cinna, closely watches over her students to ensure their success and their transfer into society.
The Academy of Synguis is a large school housing up to 30,000 students every year. Similar to the Academy of Vinmokei, it provides the opportunity to also become mages, knights, scholars, and tradesmen. Synguis mostly focuses on magic and trades and is the primary funnel to working with the Mage Tower of Synguis.
The Tower of Synguis is the largest research facility for magic within all of Morena. Only those with the highest ambition or power can enter the tower after being blessed by a noble or royal. This is led by the Headmaster of The Academy of Synguis Vesper.
The Knights of Eirene is the established order of knights within the Empire of Penkos. They are situated in each region and along the borders. They are also the primary group that protects the living lands against those from the Land of Lamentation
Order of Eunomia is the group of imperial knights that protects the imperial capital Sphaea. They are also tasked with protecting the royal family of Penkos.
The Knights of the Church of Morena. They're usually placed to protect the lands of Moirai. They are elite knights, that usually hail from no land. They are free to transfer their loyalties at any time.
The Counsel of Astraea is a group made up of the highest figures within Penkos, Atticus and Clarus. They have an annual summit in which the location changes every year. Generally, this group was made to keep peace within each of the regions, as well as discussion over threats from the Land of Lamentation.
The Aramati Guild is a mysterious group of mercenaries and people of notoriety. Generally, this guild focuses on the trade of information and is quite infamous within Morena. The guild leader is rumored to be a fellow named Domus, however, he has never confirmed this.
